New Horizon Therapy is looking for a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)! 💛
If you’re an SLPA who loves working with kids, enjoys those amazing “lightbulb moments,” and wants to be part of a supportive team where you can grow—we’d love to meet you!
You’ll work alongside a licensed SLP, providing therapy to children birth through 21 in both clinical and school-based settings.
🌟 What you’ll be doing:
🗣️ Providing engaging speech therapy sessions
📊 Tracking data and celebrating progress
💬 Communicating with parents and sharing home activities
📝 Keeping SOAP notes accurate and up to date
🤝 Following individualized treatment plans developed by your supervising SLP
💛 Helping kids build communication skills and confidence
✨ What we’re looking for:
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable, flexible and able to work independently
• A team player with strong leadership skills
• Someone who genuinely enjoys working with children
• Graduate of an accredited SLPA training program
• Current Arizona SLPA license
• Current fingerprint clearance card—or actively obtaining one
